daily sweat: I’m easing back into a workout routine, so today’s workout was pretty basic: a 5 minute warm up on the rowing machine, a 30 minute run, and another 5 minute row to cap things off.
breakfast: frozen banana cream and cinnamon pastry coffee
This is quickly becoming one of my favorite post-workout meals. One frozen banana + 1/2 cup juice (I used Wegmans’ Green Glory juice) + 2 Tbsp protein powder + 10 – 15 second in the food processor = ice cream for breakfast. Topped with a little Trader Joe’s trailmix or fresh berries, it’s heaven!
Pumpkin spice lattes are back in action at Starbucks!
lunch and dinner:
Tabbuoleh salad from Jines, (plus two chocolate cookies and some unpictured dried mango for dinner)
A multigrain cocopop from Wegmans topped with chocolate peanut butter and triple berry jam.
