daily sweat: Favorite workout day of the week! Cardio kickboxing/strength circuit/new to yoga class. Love it.

daily dish: Just my favorite dish today…and possibly ever.

1 frozen banana

3 Tbsp protein powder

1 Tbsp oats

1/4 cup milk

Blend in a food processor, top with blueberries, devour. SO GOOD.

(I still think Denver was my favorite place of all on the trip (other than the obvious favorite, Green Bay. Duh.))

daily sweat: 60 minute Cardio Kickboxing Step Aerobics class. Kicked my rear…literally and figuratively. I can’t wait to do it again next week!!!

Greek yogurt with banana, triple berry jam, pineapple, walnuts, and honey. Odd, but good.


Spinach and arugula salad with white beans and hummus. Tis the season for sides of applesauce…and all things spiced! This gingersnap Larabar was amazing!


No documentation, but dinner was a warm quinoa and bulgar salad, Italian style. Tomatoes, cannellini beans, olive oil, garlic, and Parmesan cheese. With a Kashi dark chocolate coconut bar on the side. And caramel corn!
