daily sweat: Triple threat cardio day! An elliptical/arc trainer/treadmill circuit.
breakfast: scrambled eggs, toast with sunflower butter, and an awesome pumpkin protein smoothie composed of the following:
+1/2 frozen banana
+1/2 cup almond milk
+1/4 cup pumpkin
+2 tablespoons protein powder
+lots of cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger
I think it would also be good with some maple syrup or honey!
