the dailies : 10.3.11

daily word: “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.” Colossians 3:23-24

daily sweat: Triple threat cardio day! An elliptical/arc trainer/treadmill circuit.

daily dish:

breakfast: scrambled eggs, toast with sunflower butter, and an awesome pumpkin protein smoothie composed of the following:

+1/2 frozen banana

+1/2 cup almond milk

+1/4 cup pumpkin

+2 tablespoons protein powder

+lots of cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger

I think it would also be good with some maple syrup or honey!

lunch:

Salad with chicken, brown rice, and hummus; Greek yogurt with bananas, granola, and honey; bittersweet chocolate cookie.
dinner: Chocolate Cherry Torte Larabar (so good!) with a banana and a bunch of smaller snacks from work, and then some much-anticipated candy corn once I got home!
And…THREE CUPS of the Cinnamon Apple Spice tea from yesterday’s post. It makes me so happy.
