the dailies : 9.13.11

daily word: “And don’t be wishing you were someplace else or with someone else. Where you are right now is God’s place for you. Live and obey and love and believe right there.” 1 Corinthians 7:17

daily sweat: 60 minute Cardio Kickboxing Step Aerobics class. Kicked my rear…literally and figuratively. I can’t wait to do it again next week!!!

daily dish:

breakfast:

Greek yogurt with banana, triple berry jam, pineapple, walnuts, and honey. Odd, but good.

lunch:

Spinach and arugula salad with white beans and hummus. Tis the season for sides of applesauce…and all things spiced! This gingersnap Larabar was amazing!

dinner:

No documentation, but dinner was a warm quinoa and bulgar salad, Italian style. Tomatoes, cannellini beans, olive oil, garlic, and Parmesan cheese. With a Kashi dark chocolate coconut bar on the side. And caramel corn!

daily mile:

Day 9: forgetting football and floating the flathead
